Finish What You Start, Celebrate What You Finish I don’t know about you, but I have to look for motivation anywhere I can! I often find it in the most unusual people, places, and circumstances. Thirteen years ago I needed a major boost to return from my maternity leave of absence and complete my doctoral dissertation. My son was four, I was working part-time in consulting, and I had recently launched my own business. I had completed all of the course credits but had my dissertation research to conduct and the paper to write. Schoolwork had been replaced by parenting and launching a new business.
